Home Journey Plan provides residential renovation services including, but not limited to, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, plumbing upgrades, and window/door replacements in Henderson, NV, and surrounding areas.
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Final project costs may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen structural issues are discovered during renovation.
A standard deposit of 30% is required to schedule a project. Progress payments may be required for larger renovations. Final payment is due upon project completion and client sign-off.
While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, delays caused by weather, material shortages, or unforeseen structural complications may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all renovation projects. Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed products, windows, doors, and appliances.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If a project is canceled after materials have been ordered, the client is responsible for the cost of those materials and any labor performed up to the cancellation date.
Home Journey Plan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific renovation project.
